Overview

CH462 is an LCD display driver chip. The CH462 has a built-in clock oscillation circuit that supports a 128-point (32 x 4) LCD panel.

Features

  • Supports up to 32×4 LCD panels, 32 SEG, 4 COM
  • Can choose 1/2 or 1/3bias, 1/2 or 1/3 or 1/4 duty LCD display application
  • Provide VLCD pin for adjusting LCD operating voltage
  • Built-in bias circuit
  • Built-in clock oscillation circuit
  • 2 optional buzzer frequencies (2KHz or 4KHz)
